Work with a small team to design large-scale hybrid gas-electric drones for commercial applications. Collaborated to design mechanical structure for prototype vehicles as well as conduct in-house and field testing. Iterated prototype to address design for manufacturing and to reduce weight and assembly complexity. Worked to complete documentation package for scaling to low-volume manufacturing with local partner. Led design of internal PDM system and helped design documentation structure
